Built in the 1820s the Adria House gives the discerning guest the opportunity to live in a property forming part of the citys New Town which guests from around the world come to admire. The Playhouse Theatre Scotlands home to the West End Musicals is only around the corner as is the Omni leisure and entertainment centre with its twelve screen Vue Cinema complex and Jongleurs Comedy Club.

Edinburgh Waverley Train Station is about 0. 5 miles from the Adria House and a taxi would take only 5 minutes and cost around 5. 00 for a oneway journey. Alternatively you could walk which would take 15 minutes. When walking make your way to exit 4 (Calton Road). After coming up then down some steps cross the road turning left to go under a high arched bridge. Pass John Lewis department store a roundabout the Omni leisure and 12 screen Vue Cinema complex (a glass building) and the Playhouse Theatre on your right-hand side.
