All rooms have en-suite except 1 which has a private large bathroom. The dining room has a coal fire which is used during chilly mornings. Although central to all attractions as well as Arthurs Seat and the Palace of Holyrood; the house is tranquil peaceful and restful overlooking parkland with the waters of the Firth of Forth flowing in the distance. For your comfort we offer 5 fully equipped en-suite bedrooms and 1 double bedroom which has a private spacious bathroom; all modernised and refurbished in June 2006 to a high standard. Getting there by carFrom the south and east - Follow the A1 until you see the Big W store on your right. Next set of traffic lights turn left - sign posted City Centre. The Aynetree Guest House is located 800m on the left (opposite Portobello Park). From the north and west - Follow the M8 then the A720 South (NOT A720 north) to the A1 exit (Old Craighall Junction) - sign posted City Centre.
