AS THIS IS A LISTED BUILDING THERE IS NO LIFT FACILITIES. We are a haven above the bustle of the city with delightful views from the front of the apartment to Edinburgh Castle on the right and the Firth of Forth to the left. We are situated in the heart of Edinburgh right next to the world renowned Princes Street so you are perfectly placed to take advantage of the many attractions Edinburgh has to offer. Waverley station St Andrews Square bus station and the International Conference Centre are all less than a ten minute walk away. If you are arriving by plane Edinburgh Airport is only seven miles west of the centre of the city. Car hire is available at the airport to serve all scheduled flights. The journey time to the town centre is around twenty minutes although commuter traffic may increase this slightly between eight and ten in the mornings and four and six in the evenings. The airport bus is very good - the service is frequent and leaves from just outside arrivals hall. Please alight at the Mound and walk back 1 block to Castle Street. |
