No two Seton place is part of a Victorian villa Circa 1864 and forms part of the peaceful Grange conservation area one mile to the south of the city centre. Surrounded by a large walled garden which is available for use by our guests. We offer spacious comfy accommodation comprising two twindouble en-suite rooms and one single room with its own private bathroom. We also offer free off street private parking and Wi Fi internet connection. There is fast easy access to the city centre via the local bus service with bus stops with in a few minutes walking distance. Day tickets can be purched from the driver. All rooms are provided with television and tea coffee facilities.

from the south west M6- M74-A702 via Abingdon and Biggar to city outskirts at Fairmilehead. Follow signs to City centre via Comiston road and Morningside roadon to traffic lights at Churchhill. Turn right at the lights and follow the main road via Churchhill Streathearn place Strathearn road and Grange road. Seton Place is the 4th turning on the right along the Grange road.From the south east on the A1. Take the A720 Edinburgh City Bypass westbound to the 1st junction roundabout at Sheriffhall.move to the right hand lane of the carriageway. |
