Nairn is approximately 12 miles east of Inverness and is accessible by air rail and road. BY ROAD Nairn is on the A96 12 miles from Inverness and 90 miles from Aberdeen. From the South take the A9 from Glasgow Edinburgh to Inverness then head east on the A96. If travelling from Inverness direction on the A96 upon arrival in Nairn look out for a large church on your left and a school on your right. Just before the traffic lights turn left into Albert Street then continue along Albert Street and take the 3rd turning right into Thurlow Road. |
