Sudbury House is Grade II listed and was built circa 1825. Now fully restored and tastefully updated the accommodation boastss a pleasing blend of tradition and modernity - Georgian features with all the mod cons of daily living. We offer comfy non-smoking pet-free accommodation which comprises of a sympathetically furnished cosy double room with king size bed Freeview TV and DVD player. Guests have sole use of the top floor of our three-storey town house. In addition there are tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk and a contemporary refitted wet roomshower room. Despite its central position the house provides a peaceful and tranquil haven in which to unwind and relax. In the residents lounge there is a 40 Freeview TV for your viewing pleasure. Our desirable position in the heart of Kings Lynns conservation area is peaceful and yet with in a stones throw of the River excellent Ouse the Town centre and all its amenities. Take a stroll along the Quayside or pop round the corner for a meal or glass of wine. Our local cinema and theatre are also only a couple of minutes walk away. Attending a wedding St. Margarets Church The Registry Office and The Town Hall are all only a short distance.

From A47 Wisbech enter Hardwick roundabout take 1st exit continue through 2 sets of traffic lights to Southgates roundabout take 3rd exit drive through the Southgates onto London Road. Turn left at the 5th set of traffic lights onto Millfleet signposted Old Town and South Quay Through another set of lightspelican crossing to mini roundabout turn left onto Boal Street and follow the road along the quayside to the end enter a cobbled square (Kings Staithe Square). |
