Located on the Black Isle only 2 miles from the historic village of Fortrose youll take pleasure in the peace and tranquillity of being in the country. We are perfectly placed for tourists who want to explore the Highlands with Ullapool Loch Ness and Dornoch all with in an hours drive. Whether youre visiting the area for Golf at Dornoch Nairn Inverness or Fortrose Golf Courses; Walking or Birdwatching; Dolphins Boat Trips or angling in the Beauly Firth or Moray Firth; Shooting and Stalking in the Highlands; visiting the Glen Ord or Glen Morangie Whisky Distilleries in the area; visiting Scottish historical points of interest such as Loch Ness or Fort George - our bed and breakfast is perfectly located only a short drive from the city of Inverness and is a excellent starting point for any of these activities!.

Traveling from Inverness head North on the A9 over the Kessock Bridge until you come to the Tore roundabout. Take the 4th exit onto the A832 (signposted Fortrose and Cromarty).Continue on the A832 through Avoch and you will soon arrive in Fortrose.
