B&B Description

All rooms have been individually decorated and have ensuite shower rooms with toilet sink and shower (heated towel rail towels and toiletries are standard in each). Rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs (incorporating DVDmusic facilities) showing digital channels.

Free wi-fi is available throughout the house. Each bedroom has extra seating area and table or breakfast bar. Tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits are provided. Standard in each room is a fridge kettle and toaster. A continental breakfast is provided in your room (cereal bread yoghurts cheese jams juice water and fruit etc). We can cater for specific dietary requirements if mentioned when booking.

Longer stay guests can select their preference during their stay. Hairdryers alarm clocks and sewing kits are available in each room. Iron ironing board and microwave are available on request. The guest house is centrally positioned in Ipswich which makes it perfect whether you are travelling by car or public transport. The house has private parking for guests travelling by car.

There are quite a few bus stops close by taking passengers to close by destinations as well as Martlesham BT (route 67 stops across the road). By car we are a short drive to Suffolk Show Ground and Foxhall Stadium (Speedway track). Portman Road football ground is a twenty minute walk from the guest house. The new University building at the Marina is a ten minute stroll from the house.

The Marina also provides a range of bars and restaurants or you may want to stroll into town; also a 10 minute walk away. A 5 minute walk will offer you a range of real ale pubs!We have a no smoking policy in the house however you are free to smoke outside. Payment can be made by cash or cheque. For business guests we can invoice companies or set-up an account with payments due with in two weeks of invoice date.
