Customer Rating/Reviews
We always get all the help we need from Richardson's staff from the reception to the staff that give tuition and help when we are returning to the boatyard. A lot of help and reassurance when things go wrong.

In August 2011 it will be the third holiday we have had with you in a year and a half. We have had such a wonderful holiday and will definitely be back.

Fantastic relaxing family holiday - thought we were mad with two young children and two dogs but all were happy, settled and well-behaved!

It's very relaxing, an excellent way to view the wildlife and countryside and even better if you bring bicycles along (to help work off some of the effects of the splendid pub meals!)

Once you get on the river and start cruising, the peace, tranquility and pace is the most relaxing thing you could ever experience. The stress of living just melts away, pure bliss - happy boating!

We had great fun! The kids enjoyed being somewhere different everyday, the people were friendly and we met some lovely families too!
