from the initial picking up of the boat and to the mooring up at the end I can honestly say that the staff were very helpful and proffesional. The boat itself was beautiful, the inside was very well maintained and equipped with every thing you could need and it was comparitively easy to handle. It was the most relaxing, stress free holiday we have ever had. Just being on the water and being close to nature was wonderful, on one day we saw 3 otters playing while we had breakfast, then we took a slow trip down the river ant and were lucky enough to see 11 kingfishers, 3 of which we managed to photograph, and later while having champagne on top of the boat in the evening by St. Benets Abbey we saw 2 barn owls, 2 marsh harriers and then fell asleep hearing the deer barking in the fields, magical!!!
