Customer Rating/Reviews

Ourselves and our neighbours clubbed together to book Soprano, a 38 foot long boat, from Richardsons in Stalham. Generally we had a really fantastic time. The boat was long wide and stable, and was economical as long as it wasn't driven hard. All of the basic facilities were there, although headroom for a tall person in the bathrooms and front bedroom would definitely be a problem, and space generally was at a premium. The dual steering worked very well, and the Broads were a perfect backdrop to a really restful holiday. We had a brilliant time, and the boating experience provided interest and accommodation for the whole week. Finding mooring locations was fun, and although there is an agreement between boatyards to accommodate hire boats, this was not very well advertised. We always checked with the boatyard before tying up, and were never refused. Everyone was genuinely polite and pleased to see us. We would definitely recommend a Broads based holiday, and Richardsons gave us a pleasant and efficient service. Author: Mr S, March, Cambridgeshire - Date Submitted: 06/2011

An excellent holiday! Author: Mrs T, DRIFFIELD, North Humberside - Date Submitted: 07/2009

This is a holiday with a difference, in that it is relaxing, fun, and everything a human needs is available on the boat. I recommend the experience! Author: Mrs F, Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire - Date Submitted: 09/2007
