Customer Rating/Reviews
It was exciting on days when the weather was bad - driving the boat sideways against the wind was fun! On the sunny days the glistening water and views of the windmills reflecting on the water were superb - we even saw an otter! We was really sad to hand the boat back at the end.

If you want a totally relaxing holiday experience with no stress then this is the holiday for you. There was nothing we could fault, from the friendly, helpful staff to the actual boating experience itself. It was both child and pet friendly, which was ideal for us. It was the kind of holiday where you could do as much or as little as you liked, you could suit yourself and set your own agenda for the week, just perfect!

We had out first boating holiday last year and loved it so much came back. Although not our main holiday, this was a week of pure relaxation and found we'd been busy all week doing nothing! The days started with breakfast and a check over the map to decide on our destination and then we cast off to cruise the rivers usually shared with ducks, geese and the occasional swan. Lunchtime was usually spent at a village pub or in a broad with the anchor dropped feeding the ducks before catching up with our novels. Our main decision in the evening was whether to flash up the bbq or pop up to one one of the fabulous little pubs we stumbled upon in the villages....oh such a joy!

We could recommend Swancraft cruisers to anyone. They were very welcoming and professional. We plan to book another holiday with them next year as they were so reliable.

A week where you can be away from every day life and take in the scenery, nature and are under no real pressure to do anything or go anywhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, despite the cramped conditions, but I would not particularly want to recommend it as everyone's tastes are different, especially with regard to space and comfort.

The general pace is so relaxing, it is so peaceful cruising from place to place and not having to rush to be at somewhere at a certain time. It gives people the opportunity to experience boating in a safe environment.

I have never had a holiday as relaxing as this, juggling work and children never allows my life to go at 4 miles an hour, but on this holiday I had no choice, I had to slow down and I felt 100% relaxed after just one day. Just cruise along and stop at a pub that looks nice or just moor up where there is no one around, it was also very romantic, going along past the fields and windmills sipping a glass of wine - lovely!

We already have recommended this to our fishing friends, dog owning friends and those that live in the hectic world - there was no way to get stressed when the maximum speed you can drive is 6mph!

The pace of crusing ensures you chill out so much quicker than when travelling abroad.
