Swancraft are an excellent family run boatyard and the personal touch they bring to the overall holiday experience cannot be beaten. They are thoroughly professional, but the personal attention of the owners makes every client feel as though they are the only ones that matter. All their boats are in superb condition. No matter whether it's a newer model or an older one they are all maintained to the highest standard. We will certainly be returning.

I have been hiring boats on the Norfolk Broads regularly for the past 40 years and have hired a vast amount of different boats. The boat I had from Swancraft I would say was the very best ever. It had the wow factor as soon as we boarded the boat! There were a lot of complementary items, even two new wrapped dressing gowns and slippers on the bed! The layout was spacious and comfortable with plenty of drawers and hanging space, and nice warm heating throughout for those sometimes chilly nights as we holiday early or late season. The staff were friendly and helpful and all were wearing smart clothing with the boatyard logo. The other boats in their fleet looked equally smart modern and clean.

Swancraft Cruisers may be slightly more expensive than other boat hire companies but this is certainly an example of "you get what you pay for". Swancraft certainly go the extra mile and I could not fault them one bit. Their quality and attention to detail is second to none. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

The ideal holiday for a relaxing and enjoyable break. It is 35 years since we first had a boating holiday and it just can't be bettered - thankyou!

The most relaxing and enjoyable holiday imaginable. The boats are beautifully fitted and immaculately clean and comfortable. Very friendly and efficient personal service from this family run boatyard.

If you want a relaxing holiday, where you can wind down and forget the hurly burly of day to day life, then come to The Broads. Relax and enjoy the beautiful rivers and Broads, and the wildlife. We even saw the otters on Barton Broad and Seals in Breydon Water, along with Marsh Harriers, Hen Harriers, Owls, Kingfishers, Deer and much more - fantastic! Just cruise along slowly and you will be amazed what you can see, not to mention the hospitality of the Broads pubs !!! Go on treat yourself, and wind down from the stresses of the world!

Booking was easy with the friendly, helpful staff. Everything was explained right from the initial booking to our collection of the boat. I would have no problem booking through Hoseasons again or recommending them to anyone!
