Customer Rating/Reviews

Definitely recommend, fantastic change of scene, timing was good. Author: Mrs C, Wakefield, West Yorkshire - Date Submitted: 07/2011

Having used other Broads boat yards, the experience we found at Bridgecraft far exceeded the customer care we have had elsewhere. It is without any reservation that I would recommend this most welcoming boatyard. Prior to the holiday I made several telephone enquiries, each of which were dealt with very considerately and helpfully.Additional services were provided without any additional cost that could have been charged. I will without a doubt use Bridgecraft for out next trip to the Broads. Author: Mr B, Basildon, Essex - Date Submitted: 05/2011

This was a perfect way to relax and enjoy life at a slow pace. Everybody we met was friendly, a warm welcome was found at every mooring spot and the Broads and surrounding area is lovely. After initial worries and concerns about handling the boat it was easier than thought - and by the end of the holiday there were no fears left to conquer. A highly recommended and enjoyable experience! Author: Mr H, Fareham, Hampshire - Date Submitted: 04/2011

It was our first boating holiday, and we have nothing but praise for it. We had a great time and were very impressed by how friendly and helpful other "boaters" were with helping to moor up etc. Roll on next year! Author: Ms P, Kettering, Northamptonshire - Date Submitted: 05/2010

It was well good, innit. We was like well enjoying ourselves, even though it was a bit nippy if you know what I mean like. Author: Mr. P, EASTLEIGH, - Date Submitted: 11/2009

A boating holiday is a very calm holiday, if you need to chill then this is the holiday for you with no airports!!!! Author: Mr K, BRANDON, Suffolk - Date Submitted: 07/2009

We would highly recommend a boating holiday on the Norfolk Broads to anyone! Enforced leisure is a wonderful thing for anyone with a normally hectic life. Everyone we have met whilst boating have been friendly, happy to help (whether with the mooring of the boat, or advice on which pub is worth a visit). This is our 6th year and have never seen any 'river rage'! Author: Mr G, Bradford, West Yorkshire - Date Submitted: 07/2009

Bridge Craft staff at Acle were extremely friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. Their fleet of boats, although old, were clean and reasonably well equipped. We particularly liked the welcome tea and coffee tray on board and thought that was a nice touch. Author: Mr B, ROYSTON, - Date Submitted: 06/2009
