Having used other Broads boat yards, the experience we found at Bridgecraft far exceeded the customer care we have had elsewhere. It is without any reservation that I would recommend this most welcoming boatyard. Prior to the holiday I made several telephone enquiries, each of which were dealt with very considerately and helpfully.Additional services were provided without any additional cost that could have been charged. I will without a doubt use Bridgecraft for out next trip to the Broads.

This was a perfect way to relax and enjoy life at a slow pace. Everybody we met was friendly, a warm welcome was found at every mooring spot and the Broads and surrounding area is lovely. After initial worries and concerns about handling the boat it was easier than thought - and by the end of the holiday there were no fears left to conquer. A highly recommended and enjoyable experience!

It was our first boating holiday, and we have nothing but praise for it. We had a great time and were very impressed by how friendly and helpful other "boaters" were with helping to moor up etc. Roll on next year!

It was well good, innit. We was like well enjoying ourselves, even though it was a bit nippy if you know what I mean like.

A boating holiday is a very calm holiday, if you need to chill then this is the holiday for you with no airports!!!!

We would highly recommend a boating holiday on the Norfolk Broads to anyone! Enforced leisure is a wonderful thing for anyone with a normally hectic life. Everyone we have met whilst boating have been friendly, happy to help (whether with the mooring of the boat, or advice on which pub is worth a visit). This is our 6th year and have never seen any 'river rage'!

Bridge Craft staff at Acle were extremely friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. Their fleet of boats, although old, were clean and reasonably well equipped. We particularly liked the welcome tea and coffee tray on board and thought that was a nice touch.
