Customer Rating/Reviews

Relaxed and peaceful. See some brilliant country side from a different angle. Author: Mr D, HELENSBURGH, - Date Submitted: 11/2009

As first canal boaters we found this type of holiday to be very relaxing and peaceful. We will definitely be trying it again but probably on a different canal. Author: Mr C, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, - Date Submitted: 09/2009

Yes I would like to recommend this holiday as a wonderful experience whether or not you have been on a boating holiday before. The staff at the boatyard are friendly, give you a thorough boat handling briefing and are on call if you have any difficulties. The opportunity of travelling through the beautiful countryside at a leisurely pace, seeing the wildlife and farm animals at close quarters is quite an eye opener. We are looking forward very much to choosing another narrowboat holiday very soon. Author: Ms S, London - Date Submitted: 09/2008

We had a fab time and would definitely advise others to try this sort of holiday. It was so relaxing with very pretty places to stop, and the views were beautiful. Author: Mr L, Sandy, Bedfordshire - Date Submitted: 04/2007
