Customer Rating/Reviews
The canal boating experience was a very relaxing one. The staff at Napton Narrowboats were extremely helpful and kind. They were not in a hurry and all questions however trivial were dealt with kindly and patiently. A very friendly lot at Autherley Junction. We would definitely book again. The Shropshire canal is peaceful and beautiful. And there is plenty to do if you want or you can just drift along and enjoy the scenery. Little farm shops on the way with cakes and fresh produce make the journey even better. Our children 13 and 9 were quite happy and were well able to do the locks and help drive the boat with supervision. Altogether a perfect holiday.

We would recommend this holiday, we had mixed weather but laughed the whole week. Found some lovely pubs with great food. People on the other narrowboats and on land were very helpful and friendly. Our dog Mollie had the time of her life. The boat had everything you could need, kitchen was small but we managed cooked breakfast for 8 everyday.

A great opportunity for a group of friends or family to get together and see the unspoilt countryside of the U.K.

Just wanted to let you know that the staff at the boatyard were fantastic and Hoseasons should be proud to be working alongside them. Shortly before our holiday I had a couple of queries so I called your customer services number and I must say they were extremely efficient and professional whilst dealing with my query.

When you experience a boating holiday you cant help but relax. I can't think of a better way to spend time with friends and family than on the water.Everyday,if you wish, can be spent looking at something new. I love it and will not hesitate to recomend it to anyone.

i would recommend this holiday to others because it is great to drive your own boat and live on it for a week. Its lovely waking up in the morning to the peace and quite of the cannal with ducks waiting for breakfast. The locks were great fun to do. A really enjoyable holiday. All staff were very helpfull.

Brilliant holiday! The Hoseasons staff on the phone were incredibly helpful, the boatyard staff were the same and accommodating to novices and not patronising to an all female party, and the boat was in great condition. Couldn't have been any better, thank you!

The staff at Napton Narrowboats (Autherley Junction site) were extremely helpful and responded promptly to a small mechanical problem; we would therefore recommend this company to others and will be returning for another holiday.

I would recommend this sort of holiday at least once in your lifetime (this was our third weekend in the space of a year). I have never been disapointed with the experience, the scenery, the laugh, the boat, the weather (believe it or not) and the service I have received.
