Holiday Park Description
This is one of Scotland's best holiday resorts and its position on the Ayrshire coast really lets you feel away from the stress and strains of everyday life. You get a real feel for the Scottish countryside and also get the bonus of taking in some of its best views over the sea. If you so wish to stay on the park for the duration of your holiday there is enough here to keep you occupied. The heated indoor pool and Water Resorts programme that includes hydrodomes, waterworx, blading, Miami Beach Surf Rescue and snorkelling will keep you active on those dreary days of rain. The Fish and Chip Takeaway provides quality food. The Buccaneer's Show Bar and Beacon Bar (which is only open on Saturdays) offer great entertainment in the evenings by a host of top class performers. The kids are not left out with Little Sparks under 5s club, Hoppers for 5-7 year olds, Jumpers for 8-11 year olds and Xcite for Teens for the 11-16 year olds ensuring they have a fantastic and exhilarating holiday. If the kids clubs are not to their taste then there is the opportunity to go on the amusements, adventure playground, 5 a side football, darts and pool. A Park Mart Store and launderette means your daily essentials are easily purchased during your stay. There is Wi-Fi access in all communal areas for a small fee. The beach is also only a 5 minute walk from the park. The bus stop is also just a 5 minute walk. Saltcoats Railway Station is only a 5 minute drive. This allows travel by public transport to be very convenient enabling you to explore more of the local area at your own leisure. Accommodation comes in the form of caravan holiday homes, touring holiday pitches, seasonal touring pitches and camping pitches. Pets are only welcome within the bronze rated accommodation.

You can opt to explore the countryside and enjoy some walking or cycling. The Isle of Arran, known as 'Miniature Scotland', is a perfect getaway for those who want to grab some fresh air. The city of Glasgow has some of the finest entertainment venues, shops, bars and restaurants in the British Isles. The town of Kilmarnock is also a great place to visit with so much to see and do.
