Brand new in 2010, this 12ft wide static caravan comes with a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. It enjoys a position in wooded grounds belonging to an old Cornish Manor House at St Minver in Rock, Cornwall. It boasts the David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation. It is located near the delightful coastal villages of Port Isaac and Rock. The untouched golden sandy beaches are only a short drive away. Surrounded by awe-inspiring scenery and a host of idyllic views and Cornish Villages, this is a really unique holiday destination with an individual vibe. Children will adore the indoor pool and the wealth of daytime and evening activities. The Pizza and Steakhouse Restaurant has a wide selection of splendid food on hand throughout the day. The caravan provides a TV, microwave and a fridge/freezer. There is a shower. Bed linen, towels and duvets are supplied. Additional sleeping is available in the lounge area. Gas and electricity is included. Double glazing and central heating are installed throughout. Travel cots, cot sides and high chairs are available for £10 per week each. No single sex parties under the age of 25 years old are allowed. Pets are not allowed in this specific accommodation. No smoking is permitted.
