Holiday Park Description
As it overlooks St Ives Bay, Riviere Sands Holiday Park really becomes one with its surroundings. Perfectly located in the southern region of Cornwall, the park couldn't be more idyllic. The white beaches and clear sea makes it feel more like heaven than a holiday destination. The beach front holiday homes offer views that aren't matched by anywhere in Britain and are a real treat for those that visit. The heated indoor fun pool is linked to the outdoor pool in a unique layout. There is a flume that really adds to the fun and Learn2Swim lessons can be enjoyed. Archery and fencing are just two of the activities that can be partaken in. The Wake 'n' Shake sessions help to get you going first thing with a range of exercises including space hopping, trampolining and hula hooping. There is also crazy golf, FunWorks Amusements, outdoor family FunZone, pool tables and bike/kart hire. The kids clubs cater for children aged 1-16 years of age. The Family Fun Time Shows and character breakfasts are great entertainment for kids of all ages. There is also time to play on the adventure playground. The convenience store and off licence provide your daily necessities with the bakery also offering freshly baked products every day. The Tiger Gift Shop will allow you to purchase something for those back home or you can buy a souvenir to remember your stay. The launderette also reduces any worry of needing clean clothes. Food and drink is taken care of via the Bluff Inn with its café bar and grill. There is also a fish shop available on the site and a refurbished Show Bar where all the entertainment takes place.
Local Area Information
Situated in Cornwall there is so much on offer to see and do. The Eden Project is perhaps the most famous local attraction. Land's End is also renowned across the world as the most southern point of Britain. Tintagel and its castle ruins are steeped in mythical legend and history that link it strongly to the story of King Arthur. Flambards Theme Park is also a fun day out and who would be foolish enough to miss out on visiting Dartmoor National Park with all the tales it has to offer.
