Notter Mill is tucked away on the banks of the River Lynher and has been given the David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation which is a testament to its ambient surroundings.

It holds an isolated position and remains in a tranquil environment. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool, badminton and tennis courts, playground for children and a football pitch. There is also angling available. Only 2 minute's down the country lane is the established local pub, the Notter Bridge Inn, which welcomes all to its river side setting. Access to the A38 makes this a superb base to explore the entire South West.

This cottage has an outdoor hot tub, TV, Wi-Fi access and a microwave. There is a bath and/or shower. Bed linen and duvets are supplied. Beds are made up for your arrival. Towels are available to hire at £2.50 per person. Additional sleeping is available in the lounge for two people. There is a patio with garden furniture. Open coal fires and storage heaters are provided. Electricity is included. Cots and high chairs are available to hire at £10 per week each. No groups under the age of 25 years old are allowed. No pets are allowed in this specific property.
