Brand new in 2010, this 12ft wide static caravan has a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. It is based in the tranquillity of the Cornish countryside giving it a very relaxed atmosphere whilst being suitable for all the family. It is merely 2 miles from Perranporth beach and 5 miles from the vibrant surfing town of Newquay. Newperran Holiday Park has something for both those that adore the peace and quiet of the surrounding landscape as well as those who crave a fun-filled break. The heated swimming pool has a huge terrace for sun bathing and there is a paddling pool as well as a play area for the kids to enjoy. Angling, golf, riding and surfing are all close by which make it a destination with plenty going for it when combined with the superb amenities on the park. Truro is within a short travelling distance as well which is fantastic for shopping and other attractions. There is also plenty more to discover in this appealing part of England. This caravan comes with a TV, Freeview, microwave and a shower. Bed linen and duvets are supplied. Additional sleeping is available in the lounge area for two extra people. Gas and electricity is included. Family parties only. A maximum of two pets are allowed in specific accommodation for a fee of £25 per week each.
