Lodge Description

Possessing one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, this 12ft wide timber clad single storey holiday home can sleep up to four people. It is enviably located at Newton Abbott in the south of Devon. There is a kitchen, an open plan dining and lounge area. It has a shower or bath with an overhead shower depending on which accommodation you book and there is private decking with patio furniture.

Based in 130 acres of gorgeous Devonshire countryside on the outskirts of Dartmoor, this caravan is only a half hour drive from the seaside and there are superb facilities on the park. You can either relax or get involved in all that the park has to offer. The amazing leisure complex has a heated indoor swimming pool, a brilliant fitness centre, gym, sauna, steam room and a Finesse beauty salon. The newly redecorated Retreat Bar and Restaurant offers lunch and a la carte meals in the evening. Children will adore the outdoor swimming pool which has a water slide and they can also take advantage of the adventure play area. There are also outdoor tennis courts, 9 hole pitch 'n' putt, two fishing lakes and plenty of sports activities to try.

This holiday home comes with an outdoor hot tub, TV with selected Freeview channels, DVD player, microwave, fridge/freezer, bath and/or a shower. Bed linen and duvets are supplied. Beds are made up for your arrival. The balcony comes with outdoor furniture provided. Double glazing and heating are present throughout. Gas and electricity is included. Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates are available at £12 each per week. No groups under the age of 25 years old are allowed. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
