Caravan Description

This 12ft wide static caravan was brand new in 2010 with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Its position on the cliff top allows it to gaze over the wonderful South Devon coastline. With so much to do on and off the park boundaries it really is a holiday that caters for all.

This family run holiday park takes up 20 acres in a designated area of exceptional natural beauty. It is a quiet and serene holiday base offering cosy accommodation all year round. Stoke Fleming has a shop, traditional country pub and an outstanding licensed restaurant. Leonard's Cove sits only half a mile from Blackpool Sands which is one of Devon's most famous and untouched coves delivering sailing, swimming, water sports, angling and a wealth of other family attractions. A championship golf course is only 3 miles away. Bird watching at the reputed Slapton Sands is right on the Devon coastal path where a thin sand and shingle beach distinguishes a big freshwater lake from the sea is 4 miles. A launderette is also available. The harbour town of Dartmouth is only 2 miles away and has shops, restaurants, river cruises and a near by car ferry that runs to the popular Torbay, Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. The rolling moor land and haunting tors of Dartmoor are a 30 minute drive.

The caravan has a flat screen TV with Freeview. There is a bath and/or shower. Bed linen is supplied with beds made up for your arrival. Heating and electricity is included. Outdoor furniture is provided. Babies must be included in the party total. Travel cots and high chairs are available at £7 each. Family parties only. No pets are allowed.
