If you're looking for a fantastic family holiday by the seaside then this luxurious static caravan at Ladram Bay at Budleigh Salterton in Devon is the place for you. It was brand new in 2010 so is just right for any family.

Ladram Bay offers the perfect mix for a family seaside holiday - top class entertainment and superb facilities. Some fantastic tourist attractions are also close by. The sheltered beach with its rock pools and pebbles is ideal for sun bathing and water sports. You can also fish at night.

The Three Rocks Inn is the local venue where you can enjoy a tasty meal on the terrace of the Pebbles restaurant and absorb some of the stunning views across the bay. The focus here is on top class entertainment and spectacular cabaret. Due to steep gradients, Ladram Bay might not be appropriate for individuals with limited mobility.

The caravan has an outdoor hot tub, TV, microwave and a shower. Bed linen and duvets are supplied. Additional sleeping is available in the lounge area for two people. Gas and electricity is included. Babies must be included in the party total. Travel cots cost £10 per week each. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
