Brand new for 2011, this 12ft wide static caravan has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. It is just right for a family holiday in the south of Devon where there is plenty to see and do in the local area. Thriving on a glorious cliff top position gazing over the breath-taking South Devon coastline and Start Bay this family run holiday park has 20 acres in a designated area of exceptional natural beauty. It is a quiet and serene holiday base offering cosy accommodation all year.

Stoke Fleming has a shop, traditional country pub and an outstanding licensed restaurant. Leonard's Cove is only half a mile from Blackpool Sands. It is one of Devon's most reputed and untouched coves providing sailing, swimming, water sports, angling and other family attractions. A championship golf course is only 3 miles away. Bird watching at the famous Slapton Sands is right on the Devon coastal path where a thin sand and shingle beach separates a huge freshwater lake from the sea. This is only 4 miles away. A launderette is also present on the park. Dartmouth is only 2 miles away and has shops, restaurants, river cruises and a near by car ferry to the popular sea side towns of Torbay, Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. The acres of moor land and archaic tors of Dartmoor are a 30 minute drive and are a really haunting experience.

The caravan has a flat screen TV, Freeview and bed linen is provided. There is a bath and/or shower. Beds are made up for your arrival. Heating and electricity is included. Outdoor furniture is provided. Babies must be included in the party total. Travel cots and high chairs are available at £7 each. Family parties only allowed. No pets are allowed.
