Lodge Description

Opened in 2010, Orchard Lakes Lodge can sleep up to six people and offers visitors spacious and contemporary holiday accommodation. It has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. There is also a separate bathroom. Bed linen, duvets and towels are provided and the beds are made up ready for the arrival of guests. The large living space has a flat-screen TV, DVD and there is a kitchen area with a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lodge benefits from central heating and double-glazing. The park will not accept all male, all female or mixed groups under the age of 25 years old, but will allow a maximum of two pets for an additional £35 each per week.

The lodge has been designed to a very high standard to offer a modern interior and comfortable experience for guests. It is an ideal place for a family holiday or romantic break any time of the year, with superb views over the lake.

Orchard Lakes Lodges is set in the charming village of Winkleigh, close to the vibrant town of Okehampton, which has a fine selection of shops, pubs and cafe's, as well as its very own castle. The beautiful Dartmoor National Park is nearby, which makes it an excellent location for exploring the local countryside and enjoying the magnificent scenery. There are opportunities for fishing on-site, as well as numerous walking and cycle routes on the doorstep, including the Tarka Trail Tour.
