Lodge Description

Located on the outskirts of Dartmoor in Newton Abbott, this holiday home with its timber exterior and cosy interior can sleep up to six people and makes for a great family getaway destination. There is an open plan lounge/ kitchen/ diner with a dishwasher or washer/dryer. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bunk bed/ twin bedroom (one lodge has two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunk bed). There is a bathroom, a shower and private decking with patio furniture and an outdoor hot tub.

Set in 130 acres of eye-catching Devonshire countryside and only half an hour from the sea, this holiday home is boasting excellent leisure facilities. Finlake is the perfect holiday getaway. Relax on a romantic short break or take enjoyment in a fun-packed family holiday. The superb leisure complex includes a heated indoor pool, wonderful fitness centre, well-equipped gym, sauna, steam room and the Finesse beauty centre for some self indulgence. The recently redecorated the Retreat bar and restaurant offers lunch and a la carte evening meals. Children will adore the outdoor pool with its water slide and the outdoor adventure playground. There are also outdoor tennis courts, a challenging 9-hole pitch and putt course and two coarse angling lakes that provide sporting opportunities for everyone.

The holiday home provides a TV, Freeview, DVD player, microwave, fridge/ freezer and bed linen. The bed linen and duvets are made for your arrival. Cots, stair gates and high chairs are available at £12 per week each. No all-male, all-female or mixed groups parties under the age of 25 years old are allowed. A maximum of two pets per week in specific accommodation are allowed for £45 per week each.
