Holiday Park Description
Camber Sands Holiday Park is ideal for anyone who loves the thought of a holiday based around the beach. The park is right next to Camber Sands which is the archetypal English beach in the summer with its golden sand, blue sea and beaming sunshine. The park's main attraction is the four heated indoor pools with a flume. The Water Resorts programme offers hydrodomes, waterworx, blading, Miami Beach Surf Rescue and snorkelling. The Boathouse Bar and Restaurant provide great food and drink plus the Show Bar is always displaying entertainment. Kids are not forgotten about either with Little Sparks under 5s club, Hoppers 5-7 year olds, Jumpers 7-11 year olds Xcite for Teens 12-16 year olds ensuring they have an exciting and boredom free holiday no matter the age. If the kids clubs are not their thing then there is always the chance to go on the amusements, children's adventure playground, 5 a side football, archery, darts, pool and there is an all weather sports court as well. A launderette and a Park Mart Store are on site for your convenience with Wi-Fi internet access provided in all communal areas for a small charge. The nearest train station is 10 minutes drive away (Rye Train Station) and there are day trips available from Dover to Calais via the ferry crossing. Accommodation comes in the form of caravan holiday homes, chalets, bungalows, touring caravans and camping plots. All the necessary facilities are available and pets are welcome but only in the bronze standard accommodation.

Local Area Information
There is so much to see and do around Sussex. Some of England's earliest history can be explored at Hastings where the battle of 1066 saw King Harold killed and saw William the Conqueror change the face of Britain. There is also a host of castles including Bodiam Castle, Camber Castle and Scotney Castle to explore more of England's past. The seaside town of Eastbourne is a cracking day out. Smugglers' Adventure is also only a half hour drive away and offers a unique insight into the maritime history of the area.
