Holiday Park Description
Highfield Grange Holiday Park is all about the fun and action. There is so much to do in the park that you probably won't have time to even consider leaving to explore the wider area. Whatever you want then there is a strong chance you can do it here at Highfield Grange. You might even discover something you never knew you'd liked before. On the park grounds there is so much to keep you amused. The heated indoor pool complex makes sure you have something to do on those blustery rainy days. The outdoor pool has a 200ft water chute which is not to be missed! The Grange Entertainment Centre is the hub of night time entertainment with something for everyone. Kids are not neglected either with Little Sparks under 5s club, Hoppers for 5-7 year olds, Jumpers for 8-11 year olds and Xcite for Teens for the 11-16 year olds making sure they have a brilliant and boredom free holiday. If the kids clubs are not their thing then there is always the chance to go on the amusements, children's adventure playground, 5 a side football, archery, darts and pool. The Park Mart Store and launderette make sure that you every convenience is cared for. There is food and drink available at the Boathouse Bar and Restaurant. The beach is only a 5 minute drive away, there is a bus stop right outside the park and Clacton-on-Sea Railway Station is only a 5 minute drive away. The accommodation includes caravan holiday homes, touring holiday pitches and seasonal touring pitches. Pets are only welcome in the bronze rated accommodation.

Local Area Information
There is such a vast choice of things to do in Clacton-on-Sea and its surrounding areas. Clacton-on-Sea is a superb seaside resort with a lot to do. The pier is a real nostalgic structure that echoes times gone by. The Imperial War Museum at Duxford lets you peer into the lives of Britons during the Second World War. Colchester Zoo is also a fabulous day out for all the family with an array of animals on show which is a treat for adults and kids alike.
