Holiday Park Description
A beautiful Holiday Park just three miles from both the Pleasure Beach at Blackpool South Shore and Blackpool Tower in the town centre. Set next to a Nature Reserve where lovely relaxing walks around the lake can be enjoyed and wildlife enthusiasts can spot rare birds. Marton Mere Park is secure and has everything onsite for all ages to keep them entertained during the day and the evening. You will find that there is plenty of space and grass area between the static caravans and the layout of the park is very good so that you are sure of a restful time. Marton Mere holiday village boasts a NEW SplashZone and for 2010 a Space Bowl Flume at its fabulous swimming pool complex and also a new for 2010 adventure golf and multi sports court. In the evenings take pleasure in the live music and dancing in the ShowBar or play on the arcades in the FunWorks Amusements. The park is perfect for active people with sports coaching, Wake and Shake , sports courts, table tennis and mini archery. There are clubs for children of different ages, one to fours can play in the Little Cubs, five to elevens can enjoy Club R&B and twelve to sixteen year olds plus can get together in the T-Co Zone.

Blackpool and its surrounding area has lots of top attractions to enjoy. Spend fabolous days out at Blackpool Zoo, the Tower & Circus, Sea Life Centre, Pleasure Beach Theme Park - Britains Top Tourist Attraction with indoor and outdoor rides - dare ride the white knuckle Big One, Revolution or Valhalla and walking along the seafront playing the Arcades and enjoying the rides on the peirs. The town centre offers excellent shopping especially the new modern Hounds Hill Centre. During the Blackpool Illuminations there is lots going on for all the family to enjoy. In the evening there are loads of quality shows to watch at both the theatre or Pleasure beach.

Follow the M55 to the end and take the junction 4 turn off. At the roundabout take a right (third ext) and follow the duel carriageway through the first set of traffic lights and take a right at the second set. The park is about 100 yards on your left. |
