Caravan Description
Sandy Bay Silver 2 Plus is a twelve-foot wide caravan that can sleep up to six people. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Additional sleeping is available in the lounge area for two extra people. Bed linen and duvets are provided and beds are made up ready for the arrival of guests. There is also a separate shower room. The living space has a TV and a kitchen area with a microwave. Gas and electricity is included. Travel cots can be hired for an extra £10 each per week and babies must be included in the final party total. The park does not accept all male, female or mixed parties under the age of 25 years old. No pets are allowed. Sandy Bay Holiday Park has great facilities for guests to enjoy, including an indoor heated swimming pool, water resorts and sports resorts programmes, a children's adventure playground, sports court, amusements and pool tables. There is a Little Sparks Club for children under 5 year olds, a Kid's club for 5 - 11 year olds and a Teens Club for 12 - 16+ year olds. On-site there is a Boathouse Bar and Restaurant, Beach Bar with entertainment, a takeaway, shop and laundrette. Away from the park, there are a number of places of interest to visit, including Alnwick Castle, which was the setting for Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films. The historic town of Morpeth is nearby and seal and bird watching can be enjoyed on Farne Island. The mystical Holy Island is also well worth a visit and is easily accessible for day trips.
