Customer Rating/Reviews

The cottage was warm, clean and the owners were friendly. But the best of all was it was so calm! Sykes Cottages was a reliable partner. Author: Mr Toensmann, Cottbus, - Date of Stay: 10/2011

The location is fantastic; in the middle of nowhere, but close enough to go and visit the loads of stuff in the area. We saw some amazing sunrises. We didn't see any deer in the garden this year, but we did see the Queen at Balmoral! Author: Mrs Cox, Nuneaton, Leicestershire - Date of Stay: 09/2011

We loved the position and the quietness. Lots to see and places to go, we took the coastal route and visited all the tiny fishing coves, we went to the oldest smoke house in Scotland and bought some fresh fish and the owner showed us round which was very enjoyable. The weather was kind to us and we had sun everyday, a first for any of my Scottish holidays. The owner was very polite and helpful. A beautiful place I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet break. Author: Mrs Porrill, Grimsby, Lincolnshire - Date of Stay: 08/2011
