Situated in a stunning rural setting on the owner's farm, just off a quiet country lane, this delightful cottage lies two miles from Newmachar. Enjoying magnificent views over the rolling countryside to the city of Aberdeen, this former traditional farm cottage has been extended and modernised to provide guests with excellent living space.

This property has all of its rooms on the ground level and there is a comfortable living room with a TV, DVD player and dining area. The well-appointed galley style kitchen has a fridge, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. A cot is available and bed linen is provided. The separate bathroom has a shower over the bath and towels are supplied. Outside there is a private enclosed garden that faces to the south with a patio area and seating for visitors to sit and relax in the tranquil surroundings.

Locally, the nearby town of Newmachar has two championship golf courses and an impressive historic pub that serves fantastic food. There are also opportunities to enjoy long walks along the country roads, taking in the beautiful scenery, or to visit numerous beaches. There are charming villages all along the Moray Firth coast and Aberdeen, the Granite City, is just ten miles away and has an excellent selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and superb facilities. Guests can take advantage of day trips to Royal Deeside and Balmoral Castle, or enjoy the mountains, scenery and outdoor activities of the Cairngorm National Park.

This wonderful holiday cottage will provide visitors with a superb experience in a relaxed and beautiful setting. All the rooms are on ground level and the property has full electricity.
