Located in the small rural village of Tynygongl just outside the seaside town of Benllech on the Isle of Anglesey, is this charming semi detached cottage. Sitting on the owner's land, this property can accommodate up to four people. Beech Cottage has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom. There is also an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, a breakfast bar and a sitting room. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property has full oil central heating. In the kitchen, there is a gas oven, hob, microwave and a fridge. Beech Cottage also boasts a colour TV, DVD player, books, games and DVDs. All of the fuel and power is included in the rent and guests are provided with bed linen and towels. A cot, highchair and stair-gate are available on request. Outside there is off road parking for two vehicles, an enclosed rear patio with outdoor furniture and there is the use of a child's play area next to the property. Guests are allowed to bring one well-behaved dog. This property has a no smoking policy. There are shops and pubs within ten minutes walk of the property. Local Town Description Tynygongl is a small rural village on the Anglesey coast and is situated less than one mile from the popular village of Benllech. There are nearby beaches, shops, pubs and places to eat in the local area. Numerous National Trust properties are located on the Island of Anglesey and the nearby mainland. Other local places of interest include the vibrant town of Beaumaris, the Sea Zoo and Butterfly Palace and the stunning Snowdonia National Park.
