Cottage Description
Situated on an eighty-acre working beef farm in a rural location close to the delightful seaside village of Cemaes Bay on the Isle of Anglesey is this modern bungalow property. Rhoslan can sleep up to five people and has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a gas fire within the stone fireplace. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property has full LPG central heating with extra heating being provided from the gas fire in the sitting room. In the kitchen, there is an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Rhoslan also boasts two colour TV's, a video, DVD player and a selection of children's toys. All of the fuel and power is included in the rent and guests are provided with bed linen. A cot and highchair are available on request. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, an adjoining lockable garage to store bikes and an enclosed garden with a lawn, outdoor furniture, BBQ, children's slide and football goal. No pets are allowed and this property has a no smoking policy. There are shops and a beach just three miles away and a pub within one mile. Local Town Description Located on the north coast of Anglesey is the rural village of Rhosgoch, which sits close to a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The nearby village of Cemaes Bay has a choice of pubs, shops, a harbour and a beautiful sandy beach. The local area has many stunning coastal walks, inland hikes, quality golf courses and is renowned for bird watching and cycling. Other local places of interest include the medieval town of Beaumaris, the National Trust property of Plas Newydd house and a Sea Zoo and Butterfly Palace. Snowdonia National Park is also just a short drive away.

Well maintained property - extremely clean & tidy. There were plenty of toys for my 11 year old to play with which was a bonus ie. dart board, go cart, football etc and there was also a nice field for the kids to play in.Excellent & would recommend!
