Located in the small Anglesey village of Dwyranis is this modern semi detached single storey cottage, which can accommodate up to six people.

Ty Mawr, 1 Tal Poncau has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a spacious well-presented bathroom. There is also an open plan living space with a fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting room.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property benefits from having full oil central heating. In the kitchen, there is an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, slim line dishwasher and a washing machine. This cottage also boasts a colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, books, games, DVDs and CDs. All of the fuel and power is included in the rental price. Guests are provided with bed linen and towels, but are asked to bring their own beach towels. A travel cot and highchair are available by prior arrangement.

Outside there is a shared off road parking area and an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio with outdoor furniture, a BBQ. Guests can bring two well-behaved dogs. This is a no smoking property. There are shops and pubs just over two miles away and a beautiful sandy beach just four miles away.

The small village of Dwyran is located close to the town of Newborough and sits on the edge of beautiful forests and the dunes of the southwest corner of the Isle of Anglesey. Nearby Llanddwyn Bay boasts one of finest beaches in Britain, which is popular for swimming and nature watching. Other local places of interest include Anglesey Model Village, which is situated within one acre of superbly landscaped gardens, Anglesey Sea Zoo and Beaumaris Castle.
