The quaint and quirky property has been tastefully and sympathetically upgraded and now offers bright and characterful rooms perfect for a couple or a small family. The secluded garden, which is safely enclosed from the road, backs on to the extensive grounds of the main house. It has grassy areas, a patio with outdoor furniture and private parking.

The village of Edzell has excellent shopping with hotels, restaurants and parks. There is a golf course a short walk from the house and there are peaceful walks along the River Esk. Within travelling distance are the lovely Angus Glens leading deep into the Cairngorms National Park and offering walking, climbing and mountain biking in an area of exceptional natural beauty.

The North Sea coast is fifteen miles to the east and has pretty angling villages, cliffs and golden sands. The road to Royal Deeside leads over the Cairn O' Mount Pass with unforgettable views over Angus.

One twin bedroom with ensuite bath, shower and wash hand basin, one double bedroom, cot available, living room, dining room, kitchen, separate toilet all electric with wood/coal multi stove. Fridge/freezer, microwave, tv, dvd, cd/radio. Bed linen and towels provided.
