These three picturesque single storey cottages deliver a high level of accommodation for a family holiday home and each one revels in views that extend out to hills and woodland. The cottages each have a private patio to the rear and share an enclosed garden and barbecue area, perfect for use in the warm weather. Garden furniture is supplied for guests to relax and soak up the tranquil ambience around as well as the wonderful open views across to the Angus Glens. Bed linen and towels are supplied. All the cottages are suitable for individuals with limited mobility. The cottages are set back from the roadside in a quiet location. They are only 4 miles from Kirriemuir, known as the ?Gateway to the Glens' and merely 5 miles from Forfar, which has all the essential amenities, including shopping and a great selection of restaurants for you to choose from and treat your loved ones to a special night. The Angus Glens are famous for very magical vistas and glorious beauty spots with opportunities to enjoy some fishing, nature trails, walking, bird-watching and pony trekking. The owner can arrange supervised horse-riding (for a small extra charge) with the option of lessons in an all-weather arena. So no matter what the weather, you can get involved! There are numerous golf courses to choose from locally, beautiful and endearing coastal villages to discover, with boat hire and water sports available. There is also convenient access to the cities of Aberdeen, Dundee and Perth. The closest pub and hotel are 1.5 miles away.

The cottage can sleep 4-8 people plus a baby. It is tailor-made for a bigger family. This modern cottage also has views of the fields and hills. It is double glazed and heated throughout to ensure warmth all year round and the cottage is friendly, welcoming and cosy. You really will feel like it is a home away from home. We recommend a maximum of four adults to fully enjoy the space of the property. The property has one double bedroom and one room with four single beds, a lounge with a double sofa bed, kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. All power is supplied by electric. There is a fridge, automatic washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, colour television, video and a payphone.
