Lying on a peaceful country road just 4 miles from Kirriemuir, these two ground floor semi-detached cottages boast a wonderful south-facing position with panoramic views over far-reaching farmlands and woodlands to the distant Angus Glens and the Grampian Mountains. Each cottage has its own patio area with outdoor seating and shares a pretty, grassy and safely enclosed rear garden with picnic benches for al fresco dining. Both are suitably furnished with charming personal touches and are suitable for less mobile guests. There is ample private parking available for guests. The quaint small town of Kirriemuir which is labelled as the Gateway to the Glens and is the birthplace of J M Barrie has a great selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and museums. The vibrant county town of Forfar is also just 4 miles away. Travel inland to find the glens and hills that offer spectacular climbing, walking, biking and fishing in the centre of the stunning Highland scenery while a half hour drive east takes you to the coast with its endearing old angling villages, striking cliffs and miles of golden heavenly sands. There are many world class links and parkland golf courses close by as are riding centres and fisheries.

Clova Cottage can sleep 4-6 people. It consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a living room with an open fire and double bed settee, kitchen, conservatory with dining table and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. All power is supplied by electric. You will also have access to the fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, TV, DVD player, video, CD player, radio, payphone and broadband access. Bed linen and towels are provided as well. A cot and high chair are also available.
