Converted from traditional stone farm buildings by local craftsman, it features three splendid properties that sit on a working farm amid rolling farmland. They offer a cool combination of both old and new with 21st Century accommodation meeting a 19th Century exterior. Each has its own patio area with outdoor furniture and there are some incredible views to enjoy.

The properties are well equipped too. Each includes cooking by electricity, oil-fired central heating, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, television with Freeview, a DVD player and CD player. WIFI is also available on request and bed linen and towels are supplied with cots and high chairs available. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a shower over the whirlpool bath and an open plan living/dining and kitchen area.

The local area offers plenty to enjoy too. Inverbervie itself has many fine shops and pubs while you are also close to the picturesque town of Montrose and the city of Aberdeen with its brilliant facilities and international airport.

Anyone who enjoys the outdoors will love the area because of the golden breaches and pretty villages of the coast as well as the magnificent scenery of the Angus Glens and the Cairngorm National Park. It is an ideal touring base with plenty of opportunities for walks, climbing, angling and a choice of golf courses. You're also close to some historic castles and stately homes as well as gardens and museums.
