It offers high quality accommodation in an area that has proved immensely popular with holidaymakers and tourists over the years. Three bedrooms offering comfortable living space for up to six people. You can book this property in conjunction with another similar property, creating accommodation for up to twelve people, great for get-togethers and reunions. Kirriemuir is well regarded as the gateway to the Angus Glens, and lovers of the outdoor life will probably know that this is a superb part of Scotland if you are interested in such activities, particularly walking and climbing. You will be delighted by the high specification of this property, starting with the delightful random stone appearance, continuing through the house with a splendid living area and top notch kitchen. Amenities/Accommodation Overview There are three bedrooms, being a twin and two doubles, one of which is to be found on the ground floor. Shower room, having shower, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath having shower over, basin and WC. Lovely open plan living space having sitting/dining area (dining table offers seating for up to twelve if booked with the adjoining property). TV, video, DVD, CD/cassette/radio, collection of books/games/videos/DVDs. Superb modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. Oil fired central heating. Inclusive of power, fuel, bed linen and towels. High chair and cot availability by request. Three car off road parking, barbecue and outdoor furniture for use in large lawned garden with patio. Shared use of the swimming pool/sauna/jacuzzi located in the owner's house (available 9am to 9pm with private access). One well behaved pet elcome by prior arrangement, regrettably no smoking allowed. Pub one and a half miles, shop seven miles. Please note that ramp access is available. Local Town Description Birthplace to the famous novelist, J.M.Barrie, who created Peter Pan. His birthplace is now a museum in the care of the national Trust of Scotland. Killiemuir features red sand stone buildings and occupies an enviable position in the valley of Strathmore. Glamis Castle provides another literary connection being the setting for Shakespeare's MacBeth. The Angus Glens offer great climbing and walking, and you can also choose to play some golf, partake of some fishing, and even go skiing in season!
