Located in Taynuilt, which sits within a National Nature Reserve and is close to the town of Oban is this first floor studio accommodation, which can sleep up to two people.

The Look Out has one double bedroom and an airy living area, which has a fitted kitchen, dining area and well-presented sitting room. There is also a shower room and an outside balcony where guests can enjoy the stunning surrounding scenery.

This property benefits from having full electric under floor heating. In the kitchen, there is a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The property also has a colour TV with Freeview and a DVD player. All fuel and power is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside, there is plenty of available off road parking, a small balcony area and a patio with outdoor furniture. No pets are welcome. No smoking is allowed. This property does not allow children. There are shops and a pub just one mile away.

The small village of Taynuilt sits just twelve miles from Oban and is in the heart of the Western Highlands of Scotland. Sitting on the southern shores of Loch Etive, the village provides a superb base for exploring this impressive area and has a shop, pub, butchers, grocers, toyshop and golf course. Nearby, Ben Cruachan is popular with climbers and dominates the western skyline. The local area is also a favourite with walkers and for sea fishing, sailing and canoeing.
