Sitting/dining room having double sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom /WC with shower over the bath. Access to washing machine by request, bed linen (duvets) and towels included, electricity charged at £20.00 per week, £15.00 for a short break, access to freezer, microwave, regret no smoking, inclusive of oil fired underfloor heating, parking, one dog allowed, TV with freesat, Wi-fi, shared partially fenced garden having furniture and decking. The property was originally the church vestry, and has an art deco single storey design, forming part of the owner's home. Short stroll to a viewpoint of the Atlantic, as well as having exceptional countryside views. The local village has a cosy pub and there is much history allied to the slate mines in the area. Oban, the gateway to the Isles is is sixteen miles away, and has great restaurants and shopping. Try a sea safari and spot eagles above the cliffs. Shop half a mile, pub one mile away.
