Cottage Description

Situated on a 200-acre working farm and enjoying stunning panoramic views over the Firth of Clyde to Ailsa Craig, the Mull of Kintyre and the Antrim Mountains of Northern Ireland, these four cottages have bright and sunny interiors and provide guests with a relaxing atmosphere.

This cottage can be linked via a connecting door in the bunk bedroom to the adjoining property, to sleep up to eleven people and two babies. It contains a pine furnished living room with a TV and dining area. The well-appointed kitchen has a fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a twin bedroom and one room with bunk beds and a single bed. There is also a separate shower room. Bed linen is provided and a cot and highchair can be made available. There is a safe, enclosed garden to the rear of the property with outdoor furniture provided.

The cottages are located close to farm buildings at the top of a small hill and are just three hundred yards from the road. The farm has access via a short path from the main road below the cottages to one-and-a-half miles of beach and seashore. There are also opportunities locally for walking, swimming, fishing, golf and sailing. Visitors can also experience a great day out at the horseracing at Ayr. The historic fishing village of Ballantrae is just half-a-mile away and has a good selection of places to eat and drink. The popular seaside town of Girvan is a fifteen minute journey and had has numerous attractions, pubs and restaurants.

The property has simple furnishings and provides a relaxing holiday location in a property with full electricity.
