Just a short stroll to the beach which has views of the Isle of Arran, this is a pleasing traditional cottage well constructed of a lovely local stone. Well decorated and presented throughout in bright neutral colours. Open plan lounge/diner, and kitchen that offers french door access to the garden. There is a twin bedroom, and a bathroom/WC having a shower over the bath. The first floor provides a double bedroom (can be twins by request). Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, barbecue, summer house in enclosed garden, high chair and travel cot availability, inclusive of linen (duvets), towels, electricity and oil central heating. Regret no smoking and no pets. Parking, patio with outdoor furniture, TV with freeview, Z-bed suitable for one. Within walking distance of the National Trust Culzean Castle Country Park, and it is only one mile to the world famous Turnberry Golf Course. Ayr with great cafes and shopping is about fifteen miles to the north, and also close to National Heritage Centre of Robert Burns at Alloway. Try tripping to Arran from Ardrossan or even to Ireland from Stranraer. There is a splendid Firth of Clyde view from the master bedroom. Two hundred yards to the shop, just a short stroll to a restaurant.
