Cottage Description

Enjoying the full views over the sea to the Antrim Mountains, Mull of Kintyre and Ailsa Craig, these four holiday cottages are sat on a 200 acre working farm. This is a flawless area of the coastline, only 1/2 mile from the old angling village of Ballantrae. Girvan, a lively seaside town is a short 15 minutes drive. The farm includes 1.5 miles of beach, reached by a small footpath from the main road below the cottages. The area offers fishing, golf at a number of top class courses, sailing and horse-racing at Ayr. You can find the closest shops and pub just 1/2 mile down the road, plus must-visit local restaurants that serve the best food and drink in this part of Britain.

This large bungalow in its own garden is just 150 metres from the beach and holds amazing views over the sea to Ailsa Craig. The property consists of one double and two twin bedrooms, large sitting and dining room with an open fire, sun lounge with a double sofa bed, kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Cooking is carried out by electricity and there is oil fired central heating. Each bungalow has a fridge, microwave, washing machine and television for the guests to make use of. Bed linen is supplied. The cot and high chair are available by prior arrangement.
