This delightful semi-detached cottage is located in a peaceful residential area which is only a matter of yards from the sea and the village shops and pubs. It is based in the old fishing village of Portknockie which is situated on the gorgeous Moray Firth coast. Built in the distinguishing local style, the property has been expansively redecorated to offer the contemporary comforts within a traditional exterior and is very suitably furnished in a welcoming and homely manner. All rooms are spacious, well-lit and stylishly decorated. There is a pleasant safely enclosed rear garden with outdoor patio furniture and private parking available. The incredible beach at Cullen Bay is within a short walking distance and there are a number of other secluded beaches along the coast as well as fascinating cliff paths and coastal walks. The neighbouring towns of Cullen and Buckie provide fine shopping or you can travel inland through the rolling countryside of Moray and Aberdeenshire with scenic market towns, historic castles and whisky trails to explore. The property consists of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with TV/video and a cot available for use if needs be, a bathroom, shower room, a cosy lounge with a feature electric fire, well designed dining/kitchen and an utility room. Cooking is done by gas hob/electric oven and there is gas central heating. You will be able to use a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, dish washer, television with Freeview, video, DVD player and a CD player. Bed linen and towels are supplied as standard.
