The views extend towards the Cheviots, and the property benefits from a main street position in Chirnside. The first floor accommodation provides three bedrooms laid out as a super king sized double (can be twins with Zip and Link beds), a twin and a third offered as an adult bunk room, with a single on top and a double bed settee below. The bathroom has a basin, WC, bath with shower over. Ground floor entrance hall, fitted kitchen with dining space and a living room. There is outdoor furniture and a barbecue for use in the enclosed garden. Amenities/Accommodation Overview Inclusive of bed linen, towels, fuel and power. Full oil heating, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave,electric hob and oven. Radio, DVD/CD player, TV with freeview, high chair and travel cot availability by request. Roadside parking (one small off road space possibly available). Regret no smoking, one well behaved dog allowed, one minute walk to shop, three minutes walk to pub. Local Town Description With a church having twelfth century origins and a sixteenth century dovecote, there is evidence of early settlements at Chirnside. It boasts fabulous views to the Cheviots, and as an interesting point it stages the annual Jim Clark Rally, being the only closed roads race on mainland Britain. Elizabethan Berwick, famous for the fact that it has changed nationality fourteen times during border wars, nowadays has great dining and shopping amenities as well as an arts centre. Other local activities include riding, golf, and fishing while discovering great beaches and coastal walks will entertain the whole family. Take day trips to Northumberland, Holy Island and even beautiful Edinburgh.
