A delightful Scottish Borders location in the village of Reston only three miles from St. Abbs and eleven miles from Berwick-on-Tweed. The tastefully presented accommodation offers three bedrooms being a double with en suite WC, basin and shower, a further double and a single. There is a family bathroom with basin, WC and shower. Sitting room, fitted kitchen, dining room and south facing conservatory. There is a patio to the lawned garden and outdoor furniture and a barbecue to help you indulge in some al fresco dining. There is a step to the front and also to the rear to access the property. Amenities/Accommodation Overview Inclusive of electricity, bed linen and towels. Electric central heating throughout, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and electric cooker. Radio/CD, DVD, TV, games and books. High chair and cot availability by request, two car off road parking. Two well behaved pets allowed by prior arrangement, regret no smoking, three minutes to pub, restaurants and shops. Note: The East coast railway line runs to the rear of the property, though occasional passing trains are not obtrusive. Local Town Description Golf enthusiasts in particular will be interested in the golf courses in the Reston area, whilst its position only three miles from the coast gives access to marine life and lovely sandy beaches. You will want to find time to visit the attractive harbour town of Eyemouth, as well as the pretty fishing village of St. Abbs. Walkers will probably already know that there is excellent walking in the nearby Lammermuir Hills, with many good routes on offers. Anglers and those who love horse riding will also find something to interest them in this area. Visit Berwick, where its confusing history will confirm that it was taken and retaken fourteen times during its chequered past. Edinburgh, Alnwick and the island of Lindisfarne will provide memorable touring destinations.
