There are numerous lochs in the area, with opportunities for fishing, sailing, bird watching, pony trekking, hill walking and golf. There are day trips to the Orkney Islands on offer from nearby Scabster and excellent shopping, pubs and restaurants in Bettyhill, which is four miles away. The large county town of Thurso is just thirty miles away. This property sits in a tranquil location with great views over countryside to the sea cliffs. The house benefits from oil-fired central heating and an open fire.
